- Abstract
From a configurational perspective and integrating consumer perceived value theory with user behavior theory, this study identifies seven influencing factors: information content quality, utility quality, carrier quality, resource reliability, platform reputation, consumer personal characteristics, and cognitive response. Employing fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA), the empirical results reveal no single necessary condition, but identify six configurational pathways leading to high value co-creation intention, categorized into five types, along with sixteen non-high intention pathways classified into three categories. The research provides strategic optimization recommendations from a user perspective for online business travel service enterprises, while addressing the limitations of traditional linear regression methods and expanding relevant research perspectives and practical pathways.
