- Abstract
The main objective of this research is to explore and analyse the impact of collaboration among the pillars of justice, environmental sustainability, and governmental regulation in realising sustainable spatial management. Thus, the expected impact of this research also emphasises the synergy between strong regulations, integrated environmental protection, and a social justice-based approach. Therefore, this research uses empirical juridical method in answering the existing problems. While the place used as research is the Office of Spatial Planning Office and Building System of Medan City with the object of research is the Lapangan Komplek Griya Martubung Kelurahan Besar Kecamatan Medan Labuan, Medan Utara. The results found that in good spatial management, it is necessary to collaborate on aspects of justice, environmental protection and regulation. Thus, the implication of this research emphasises the role of the government or related institutions on the commitments that need to be applied in overcoming problems that regulate spatial functions to be more effective and efficient.
