Abstract

The rapid development of the times, the modernization of the social governance system and governance capacity needs to rely more on the development of judicial modernization, the modernization of justice and social governance modernization, so that the two complement each other and promote each other, is the road we have been trying to explore. China is a socialist country under the rule of law, focusing on “good law and good governance”, how to integrate justice into the social governance system is an important issue to be resolved. The article focuses on analyzing how the social governance system and social governance capacity can be better integrated, as well as some of the problems that the combination of the two will face.
