- Abstract
With the booming development of the sharing economy, flexible employment mode has gradually become the new normal of enterprise employment. This paper discusses the human resource management challenges faced by flexible workers in the areas of recruitment and allocation, performance management, compensation and benefits management, and labour relations management under the sharing economy mode, and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies, with the aim of providing useful references and lessons for enterprises to achieve scientific management and efficient use of human resources under the flexible employment mode, and to promote the sustainable development of enterprises in the era of the sharing economy.
