It expounds on the relevant provisions of each part of the Civil Code regarding consumer protection, and clarifies its legal supporting role in digital economic transactions. It explores the relationship between enterprise compliance and consumer protection, emphasizing the positive significance and practical methods of enterprise compliance in the protection of consumer rights. Proposals are put forward for constructing a legal framework for strengthening consumer protection in the digital economy, including clarifying the objectives and principles of the framework design, improving legislative suggestions, and strengthening regulatory measures. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the protection of consumer rights in the digital economic environment and promote the healthy and orderly development of the digital economy.
