- Abstract
The swift progress of economy and society continually elevates the standards for higher vocational education, thereby presenting fresh challenges for the professional growth of its educators. Although social training courses are instrumental in this sector, several issues persist, such as the sluggish update of course materials, the monotonous teaching approaches, and the rigidity of training modalities. Innovating these courses is crucial for the professional development of vocational teachers, particularly in refreshing their knowledge base, transforming their teaching techniques, and diversifying their learning experiences. This paper examines the positive impacts of innovating social training courses on vocational teachers’ professional development, encompassing the updating of knowledge, the improvement of methods, the enhancement of skills, and the promotion of lifelong learning. Such innovations are vital for fostering the professional growth of vocational teachers and enhancing the overall quality of education.
