Abstract

In order to better understand the current situation of the interdisciplinary integration of food and design disciplines in China, CiteSpace was used to conduct a visual analysis of the knowledge graph of the relevant research on the interdisciplinary integration of food and design disciplines in China over the past twenty years. Visual analysis was carried out from aspects such as the number of literatures, productive authors, and keyword co-occurrence clustering. Through in-depth analysis, it is known that the overall output of literature on the interdisciplinary integration of food and design disciplines in China shows a rapid growth trend; the research hotspots mainly focus on the research of food and experience design, food and health design, food and sustainable design, and food and social and cultural innovation design. The cooperation between the interdisciplinary integration of food and design disciplines in the fields of AI technology and other fields, as well as the research in the field of sustainability, are the future development trends.
