- Abstract
In the current market characterized by customer-centricity, flexible and adaptable logistics solutions that meet consumer needs are more crucial than ever. The integration of hyperconnected logistics with real-time marketing strategies presents the potential to improve marketing performance and enrich customer experience. This study presents a technical framework that synchronizes real-time marketing strategies with logistics operations in a hyperconnected logistics system, employing the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and artificial intelligence (AI). By establishing connections between e-commerce platforms and logistics functions capable of adapting to changing customer needs, this framework improves the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimizes logistics operations. The study explores practical applications and obstacles, and proposes possible future research directions.
