Abstract

Digital technologies are used everywhere, in areas such as industrial production, medicine, agriculture, aviation, economics, and management. The features of the use of modern digital technologies, and artificial intelligence, in particular, are to minimize labor costs. In other words, human labor is more focused on creative processes, and routines are more focused on machine learning. In this regard, there is a need to study the prospects of using artificial intelligence in HRM. This article reveals the meaning of artificial intelligence in working with staff and answers the question of how effective it is from an innovation point of view. Artificial intelligence in working with HR can be useful in the following areas: recruiting, labor productivity assessment, employee adaptation process, employee engagement and encouragement, professional development, and training.
