Abstract

The current fast-moving agricultural environment presents multiple difficulties to farmers because of their restricted access to current precise information. The lack of information creates sustainable damage to agricultural production since crop yields suffer and farmers risk their long-term farming sustainability. Agro Guide Bot stands out through its instant customized recommendations covering various farming-related subject matter. The bot provides farmers with dependable advice for handling complex agricultural decisions by delivering analyses of weather forecasts and soil conditions and pest control suggestions and recent agricultural tool recommendations. The data management framework of Agro Guide Bot omits SQL-based databases in favor of JSON as its primary organizational structure with advanced ANN model. The system design adopts an effective framework that enables efficient storage and management of multiple datasets such as extensive crop documentation and user account information together with historical chat records. The system performance reaches higher levels through this approach which also makes it more able to handle evolving agricultural requirements.
