- Abstract
This study aims to describe the design of teaching materials for creative writing of ecology-based literature. From the results of problem identification and analysis of the need for the use of teaching materials in learning literary creative writing, data is obtained that the teaching materials used so far have not been able to help students improve their ability to write literature. This research was conducted using one part of the research and development method, namely the product design stage. Teaching materials for creative writing of ecology-based literature are products designed through a preliminary study, namely an analysis of the needs of students and lecturers, student characteristics, curriculum, and literature studies. Based on the results of the study, data was obtained that the design of teaching materials for creative writing of ecology-based literature consisted of several parts, namely 1) front cover design; 2) preface design; 3) table of contents; 4) description of the core parts of teaching materials; 5) image at the beginning of the chapter; and 6) concept map.
