Website: https://event.kiit.ac.in/icmr2025/ In an era marked by rapid technological advancement, management research is undergoing a significant transformation. Digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, cloud computing, and platform-based systems are reshaping organizational structures, decision-making processes, and economic interactions. Understanding these changes and their implications for management theory and practice has become increasingly important for scholars and practitioners alike. The 5th International Conference on Management Research (ICMR-2025) was organized to bring together scholars and practitioners to examine emerging management challenges and opportunities in a technology-driven era. The conference was hosted by the KIIT School of Management (KSOM), KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, India, and held during February 21–22, 2025, under the theme “Management Perspectives for a Technology-Driven Future.” The conference provided a platform for the presentation and discussion of original research addressing contemporary issues in management influenced by technological change. The present proceedings comprise selected papers presented at ICMR-2025. All submissions underwent a rigorous peer-review process to ensure quality, originality, and relevance. The papers included in this volume cover a broad range of management domains, including digital transformation and organizational strategy, economics of emerging technologies, ethical and governance issues, operations and supply chain management, innovation and entrepreneurship, big data analytics, human resource management in digital workplaces, technology-enabled marketing, and financial innovations. The contributions in this volume reflect both theoretical and empirical perspectives, offering insights into how organizations and institutions are adapting to technological disruption. Several papers examine the ethical, social, and regulatory dimensions of technology adoption, while others focus on analytical models, frameworks, and case studies that demonstrate practical applications of emerging technologies in management contexts. These proceedings are intended to serve as a useful reference for researchers, academicians, doctoral scholars, and practitioners interested in contemporary management research. It is hoped that the ideas and findings presented in this volume will contribute to ongoing scholarly discourse and encourage further research in the area of technology-driven management. The editors would like to express their sincere thanks to all authors for their valuable contributions and to the reviewers for their constructive feedback. We also acknowledge the support of the advisory board and the organizing committee for their efforts in ensuring the successful conduct of ICMR-2025. Kumar Mohanty
