It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the 3rd International Conference on Mathematics and Science Education (ICMSE 2024), held in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, on November 21, 2024. This conference continues the tradition of its predecessors, ICMSE 2022 and ICMSE 2023, by providing an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners from diverse academic backgrounds to exchange knowledge and insights in the fields of mathematics and natural sciences.

ICMSE 2024 brings together distinguished scholars and professionals from around the world. This year, we are honored to host four keynote speakers, who will share their expertise and perspectives on current advancements and challenges in science and mathematics education:

Additionally, invited speakers from Indonesia, who are researchers with expertise in mathematics education, physics education, theoretical physics, and chemistry, will con-tribute valuable insights, fostering discussions on innovative research, methodologies, and applications that shape the future of these disciplines.

ICMSE 2024 welcomes 45 presenters from various academic and professional back-grounds, reflecting the diverse scope of mathematics and natural sciences. Furthermore, the conference is attended by 130 participants, fostering a dynamic and engaging environment for scholarly exchange and collaboration.

The conference serves as a collaborative space where presenters and participants engage in meaningful dialogue, bridging theoretical and practical approaches to scientific inquiry and education. By facilitating such interactions, ICMSE 2024 aims to inspire new ideas, collaborations, and advancements that will enhance educational practices and research in the global academic community.
