- Abstract
This paper is based on a systematic study of subjective empowerment method, objective empowerment method and subjective and objective comprehensive empowerment method, and conducts in-depth analysis from method principles, applicable boundaries to practical selection strategies, providing theoretical basis and operational guidance for the selection of empowerment method in different scenarios. According to the research in this paper, when selecting multi-factor evaluation index empowerment methods, we must combine data characteristics, problem complexity and decision-making goals, rationally understand and grasp the advantages and disadvantages of each method to ensure the relative scientific and rationality of the evaluation results. In the future, it is necessary to integrate dynamic adjustment and machine learning technologies to optimize adaptability to promote the intelligentization of the evaluation system and interdisciplinary development.
