Against the backdrop of accelerating technological transformation and evolving management paradigms, the conference served as a vibrant academic nexus for the global exchange of theories, methods, and empirical insights in both management science and engineering practice. The event brought together a diverse assembly of scholars, practitioners, and policy researchers, reflecting the growing urgency to bridge innovation and management in an increasingly complex and data-driven world. This year’s conference attracted over 150 participants and received 216 paper submissions from researchers across academia and industry. Following a rigorous peer-review process, 126 papers were accepted for presentation and inclusion in the proceedings, covering a broad spectrum of interdisciplinary inquiries. The accepted contributions reflected not only methodological rigor but also a strong orientation toward real-world challenges and strategic foresight. A major highlight of ICMSEM 2025 was its keynote and invited speeches, which collectively offered a rich and layered perspective on the evolution of management and engineering thought. Prof. Mohammad S. Obaidat (The University of Jordan) offered a forward-looking address that explored the integration of intelligent systems into organizational and infrastructural contexts. Prof. Qingyu Zhang (Shenzhen University) examined the confluence of data science and managerial decision-making, illuminating critical issues in digital governance.
