Abstract

The global economic development presents a highly coupled development situation of intellectual capital and human capital, and cultural and creative industries have become an important engine for promoting the sustainable development of economic industries. This study chose Zhejiang Yunhe Wooden Toy Industry as the research object, and took 413 valid questionnaires as the research samples. Firstly based on the five-dimensional high-quality development model on the development of Yunhe wooden toys industry to conduct a comprehensive empirical investigation and analysis, summarize the problems and causes of the Yunhe wooden play industry. And puts forward optimization suggestions from five aspects, namely, innovation-driven “traditional manufacturing” to “intelligent service + cultural empowerment”, coordination-driven “crude coordination” to “precise synergy”, green-driven “compliance” to “value co-creation”, openness-driven “crude expansion” to “deep cultivation of value”, and sharing-driven “rough sharing” to “precise shared governance”, respectively,, to explore path to structural optimization, providing experience for the optimization of other domestic cultural and creative industries.
