Abstract

In the context of the overall national security concept, occupational health and safety (OHS) for college students is of great significance for both personal well-being and national security construction. However, the current OHS education for college students has some problems. This study built an influencing factor model and analyzed 338 valid questionnaire responses using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the overall national security concept has a significant correlation with three types of OHS-related factors, presenting a positive impact chain. The research provides support for universities to formulate OHS education strategies. Additionally, it looks forward to more in-depth research on influencing factors and the optimization of the curriculum system.
