- Abstract
This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and collects 172 accurate questionnaires from middle-aged and older people in Chengdu. The study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to identify the important elements that influence individuals’ intention to use companion medical services. The findings show that subjective standards, attitude, and perceived behavioral control all have a significant positive impact on the middle-aged and older ‘s willingness to use such services.
