- Abstract
The supply chain of fresh agricultural products involves multiple links, among which logistics optimization is crucial for reducing loss and improving the responsiveness of the supply chain. This article analyzes the current situation and main challenges of the fresh agricultural products supply chain, and proposes optimization strategies such as cold chain transportation optimization, intelligent scheduling, warehousing optimization, and information management. Through data analysis and case studies, it is verified that these strategies are effective in reducing loss rates, improving logistics efficiency, and reducing costs.
