- Abstract
This article investigates the changing motivations of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in China, especially in the micro food and beverage industry by using a bibliometric research technique that conducts a thorough literature review, outlining the critical themes and trends in CSR efforts among these small businesses. The study examines how CSR motivations are influenced by cultural norms, legal frameworks, and government requirements promoting sustainable development and social welfare. This research analyses co-citation and bibliographic data to show how micro firms incorporate CSR into their business processes, emphasizing the relevance of authenticity, transparency, and stakeholder involvement. The findings show how these companies use CSR to achieve a competitive edge, resolve crises, and foster long-term loyalty among consumers and workers, with more significant implications for business operations.
