Abstract

The evolutionary pulse of the logistics industry is gradually breaking through to the digital ecosystem, and as an important part of the modern economic system, it is stepping into a brand new development stage dominated by value creation. This study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to construct a multi-dimensional human resource performance evaluation index system for the logistics industry, introduces a dynamic weight optimization algorithm, establishes a dynamic adjustment mechanism on the basis of the combination assignment method, and iteratively optimizes the weights of the indexes through real-time monitoring of environmental changes and feedback data, so as to make the evaluation system better adapt to the internal and external environmental changes, and to provide powerful support for the logistics industry to move forward steadily in the complex and changing market environment.
