- Abstract
In recent years, the combination of global climate change and rapid urbanization has led to multi-hazard, high-frequency, and compound disaster risks for cities in China, exposing significant vulnerabilities in urban infrastructure under extreme impacts. Based on this context, this study selects Huludao City in Liaoning Province as the research object, using the entropy weight method to determine the indicator weights, and applying methods such as the cloud model to assess the resilience level of infrastructure. Finally, based on the evaluation results, the study proposes pathways to enhance the urban infrastructure resilience of Huludao City.
