Website: https://www.icmsem.com/ The 2026 7th International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management (ICMSEM 2026) was successfully held in Shenyang, China, from May 22 to 24, 2026. The conference provided an international academic platform for researchers, scholars, and industry professionals to exchange recent advances and practical experiences in management science, engineering management, intelligent industrial systems, and sustainable technological development. The conference featured keynote speeches delivered by distinguished experts, including Prof. Mohammad S. Obaidat from The University of Jordan, Jordan, Prof. Yanhong Guo from Dalian University of Technology, China, and Prof. Jinhuan Tang from Shenyang Aerospace University, China. Their presentations offered valuable insights into emerging challenges and future research directions in engineering management and related disciplines. In addition, oral presentation sessions enabled participants to further discuss innovative research outcomes and strengthen academic interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration. The conference topics covered a broad spectrum of research areas, including operations research, optimization methods, decision analysis, predictive analytics, industrial and systems engineering, production and operations management, supply chain systems, intelligent logistics, digital engineering systems, artificial intelligence for engineering management, industrial Internet of Things, cyber-physical production systems, sustainable engineering management, green operations, technology innovation, and strategic and risk management. These topics reflected the ongoing integration of intelligent technologies, digital transformation, and sustainability within modern engineering and management practices. ICMSEM 2026 received 186 submissions from researchers worldwide. Following a rigorous peer-review process, 78 papers were accepted for publication in the conference proceedings. The conference attracted more than 100 participants from universities, research institutes, and industry, demonstrating broad international interest in the conference themes. The Organizing Committee would like to express sincere appreciation to all keynote speakers, authors, reviewers, session chairs, committee members, and participants for their valuable contributions and strong support to ICMSEM 2026. It is hoped that the proceedings will serve as a useful academic reference and promote further research and collaboration in management science and engineering management.
