- Abstract
This paper studies the integrated location-routing problem for fresh agricultural products in first-mile logistics. A mathematical model minimizes total cost including construction, transportation, spoilage, and time window penalties. A hybrid algorithm (K-means + improved GA) is proposed. A case study verifies significant reductions in cost and distance while improving utilization and service level.
