- Abstract
To improve quality control in prefabricated high-speed railway station construction, this study proposes a digital twin-driven framework integrating physical entities, a virtual model, a quality twin data center, and a service platform. By combining multi-source sensing, digital component archives, process-node association, rule-based reasoning, and threshold warning, the framework supports full-process data integration and closed-loop management from component production to on-site acceptance. The Xiong’an Station building project was used for validation through a hierarchical data acquisition scheme and a multi-level virtual model. Results show that the framework achieved 96.4% anomaly identification accuracy, a 12.7 min average warning response time, and a 97.1% rectification closure rate, outperforming manual and BIM-assisted management. Precision, recall, F1-score, ROC-AUC, and PR-AUC reached 0.962, 0.951, 0.956, 0.985, and 0.979, respectively. Statistical tests and ablation analysis further verified its effectiveness and stability. The framework offers a practical approach for real-time, visualized, traceable, and collaborative quality control in prefabricated construction of high-speed railway station buildings.
