Abstract

The present study focuses on the systemic construction logic and implementation pathway of smart archives in the era of data intelligence. It highlights their transformative impact on archival functions, technological frameworks, and public service models. The text posits that smart archives should not be regarded as a mere extension of informatization; rather, they are argued to serve as a critical foundation for data-driven governance and cultural continuity. To this end, there is an imperative for continuous evolution in security and technological adaptation, with the objective of effecting a shift in the function of archives from mere storage objects to cognitive resources.
