Abstract

The integration of educational technology and talent is an inevitable requirement for the development of higher vocational education. Application oriented patent and paper is an outstanding manifestation of the contribution for vocational colleges. Based on input-output theory and technology transfer theory, the DEA-CCR, PLS - SEM, and fsQCA models are used to calculate the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation of 21 higher vocational colleges in Shanghai. Test the mechanism from professional service efficiency, official recognition mechanism, objective basic conditions to achievement transformation efficiency. It is found that the "basic condition-service friendly driving style" is the main paths for high achievement conversion efficiency. The conclusion is that professional equipment, stable funding support and good cooperation with transfer organizations, coupled with a certain technological foundation, is the main modes for high efficiency. Suggest increasing the research equivalent and funding investment, improving the service of technology transfer, and building a friendly transformation cooperation market.
