Abstract

With the rapid development of digital technologies, their in-depth application in the field of highway construction is driving the transformation of project management from traditional models to digital and intelligent ones, providing new support for solving the management challenges of large-scale projects. Aiming at the pain points in the management of large-scale highway projects, such as data silos, inefficient measurement, and difficult traceability, this paper, based on the Shiziyang Link Project, has developed and applied the “One-Click Measurement” digital management technology. By constructing a “five-level list” collaborative management system, an electronic drawing “single-track system” management mode, and a steel truss girder digital intelligence management system, the collaborative and digital management of core businesses such as project progress, quality, and measurement has been realized. Practice has shown that this technology has achieved quality improvement and efficiency enhancement in project management, providing a replicable solution for the digital transformation of super-large transportation infrastructure.
