- Abstract
This research is a systematic conceptual analysis; the research setting is hypercompetitive markets. It concentrates on the essential function of brand image in customer actions as well as cultivating long-term client loyalty. The present research presents the theory of planned behavior (TPB) as suggested in the reference. It provides an overview of the full psychological makeover suffered by the consumer from first impression to retention. As mentioned, the current study corroborates that a well-structured brand identity impacts consumers’ evaluation of their relationship with the enterprise and is a key factor for immediate satisfaction and future loyalty. The four fundamental dimensions that drive consumer behavioural intention are aesthetics, functionality, emotive appeal, and strategic communication, and these dimensions will be broken down in this study. It confirms that consumer trust is the key mediating variable between the abstract brand image perception and the concrete conversion to loyalty. As a final step, this paper presents the practical brand management framework which can give cues to practitioners so as to arrange optimal brand architecture, minimize consumers’ perceived risk, and preserve long-term consumer loyalty.
