We are pleased to report that more than 95 papers have been submitted to this year’s ICOBEST, demonstrating that the spirit of research, community, and mutual cooperation continues to thrive. ICOBEST 2025 is held in Bandung in hybrid format, and we greatly appreciate the excitement. This year’s subject, “Sustainable Progress Through Innovation and Inclusivity in the Digital Era,” represents our commitment to leveraging digital innovation and inclusivity as key drivers for sustainable progress and responsible corporate practices. The conference has featured a variety of presentation types, including keynote addresses and oral presentations, with the papers having the possibility to be published in our reputable publication partner Atlantis Press.

We extend our gratitude to all prominent guests, colleagues, and researchers. Highest appreciation was conveyed to the respected Rector of UNIKOM, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Eddy Soeryanto Soegoto, MT, and other members of UNIKOM’s top management, distinguished keynote speakers, co-hosts, and all notable presenters and attendees. We would also want to thank the organizing committee and the conference’s co-hosts, Van Hien University, Vietnam, and University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business, Croatia, for their hard work and devotion to making this conference a success.

ICOBEST 2025 encourages all presenters to actively participate in the interesting discussions during the conference, taking advantage of this opportunity to network and learn from one another. We truly hope that this worldwide conference will provide a platform for researchers and academics to present their most recent results, as well as a link between practitioners in the domains of business, economic, social sciences, and humanities.
