Abstract

This research examines how workload is perceived. How can defining job roles clearly and using simple HR techniques help PT Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia achieve better performance and results? By combining workload analysis, role definition, and human resource management, you can improve your company’s operational efficiency and organizational efficiency. The study also examines the amount of assistance companies can receive. Increase productivity and achieve success. We talked to people and took a closer look at one company to find out how the work is divided. How clear is the public performance? We gather information by talking to key employees. Examine documents and note what is happening at the agency. The findings show that good human resource management, such as making sure everyone knows their job and is good enough to do it, actually helps employees get more work done. Improving company performance When HR teams use simple tools such as value stream mapping, kaizen, and incremental improvement methods, time is wasted and the business runs more smoothly.
