The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has significantly transformed the landscape of media content production, offering innovative tools for creativity, personalization, and efficiency. This article critically examines the various opportunities provided by AI integration into media industries, including automated content generation, personalized audience engagement, and optimized media workflows. Additionally, it highlights the complex ethical challenges emerging alongside these advancements, particularly in the contexts of misinformation, content authenticity, intellectual property rights, and algorithmic biases. Through comprehensive analysis and synthesis of existing literature and industry practices, this study outlines key implications of AI-driven technologies on media ethics, professional accountability, and societal trust. The findings underscore the urgent need for developing robust ethical frameworks and regulatory mechanisms to ensure that AI technologies serve the public interest while preserving core journalistic values and professional integrity.
