Website: https://icolifemed.unprimdn.ac.id/ The 2nd International Conference on Lifestyle Diseases and Natural Medicine (ICO-LIFEMED 2025) was held on 10–11 November 2025 at Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI), Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. With the theme “Integration of Healthy Lifestyle and Natural Medicine in the Prevention and Management of Modern Diseases,” this conference brought together researchers, clinicians, and academics to address the global rise of lifestyle-related diseases through integrative and evidence-based approaches. ICOLIFEMED 2025 featured 6 international speakers, 161 accepted papers, 57 posters, and more than 1,000 participants from 4 countries, making it one of the largest interdisciplinary meetings hosted by UNPRI. The selected papers in this proceedings have undergone peer review and reflect current advancements in lifestyle medicine, natural products, health systems, community empowerment, and preventive care. We extend our appreciation to our co-host institutions—including Nanjing Medical University, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Chiba Institute of Science, Shandong Drug and Food Vocational College, Universitas Riau and many others—for their invaluable collaboration. Our gratitude also goes to the reviewers, session chairs, and authors for their contributions to the scientific quality of this publication.
