Website: https://fe.ustjogja.ac.id/imw/v3/public/icomb/1 The tradition of promoting academic interactions and research development in the fields of management and business shall continue with the upcoming International Conference on Management and Business 2025. As part of its development, the conference has slowly gained recognition within the international academic community. The conference, with the cooperation of the Management Study Program at Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa and its academic associates, was conducted on 20 November 2025 at the Royal Ambarrukmo Hotel located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The conference had a total of 154 paper submissions, out of which 27 were accepted for publication authors from Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia. In compliance with academic integrity and ethics, the conference followed rigorous review processes from qualified reviewers and used Turnitin plagiarism software to ensure that only those papers meeting academic criteria were accepted for publication. We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to all authors and participants for their contributions in making this conference possible and hope that the knowledge shared in this publication will spark further academic pursuits and collaborations in the future as the International Conference on Management and Business grows and sustains itself in the years to come.
