Abstract

This study examines strategies to accelerate beneficiary graduation through the Plesir Program at Sentra Kreasi Atensi (SKA), Sentra Terpadu Pangudi Luhur (STPL) Bekasi. The program aims to help beneficiaries achieve self-sufficiency and independence from social assistance by engaging them in entrepreneurial and vocational activities. Despite completing vocational training, beneficiaries face challenges in product marketing, pricing, and competition, which hinder business growth. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis to evaluate the program’s planning, implementation, and impact. The findings show that while skills have improved, continuous support in marketing, product development, and business sustainability is needed. SKA plays a crucial role in promoting products and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset by connecting beneficiaries with local vendors. Addressing these issues can further empower beneficiaries toward economic independence. This research provides insights and recommendations for enhancing the program’s effectiveness in promoting self-sufficiency.
