I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all of you for your cooperation and collaboration in making this annual scientific conference possible. It is my pleasure to meet you all and facilitate the exchange of ideas for the development of the intersection between environmental crisis, human health, and community empowerment. I firmly believe that this proceeding not only provides the pathways of the academic achievement and motivation, on top of that, this proceeding is also part of the calling of our faith to listen to the cry of the earth and calling of us to take action. There is a greater consciousness today of the links and inter-dependence of the two topics; scientific research which leads to a better understanding and knowledge of environmental issues which is vital if we are not protecting our fragile environment, but also to ensure it is safe and healthy for present and future generations. Therefore, the proceeding’s theme is Human Security, Empowerment and Planetary Health: Forging a Resilient Global Future. We express our heartfelt gratitude to all the authors who contributed their scholarly work to this volume, as well as the dedicated reviewers and organizers who played instrumental roles in the success of ICoMSi 2025. We hope that this Proceedings volume serves as a lasting testament to the intellectual rigor and collaborative spirit that define our pursuit of knowledge. May the ideas presented within these pages inspire further research, dialogue, and action towards a world that embraces diversity, ensures social justice, and nurtures our shared environment. The only of hope is through this conference, our collaboration will continue and intensify through joint research and develop common action for the protection our planet where we can live in.
