The Relationship between Instructor Communication and the Success of Hair Beauty Training at LKP Widhi Jember

Abstract

Training is a component of education; training serves as a tool for coaching and career development as well as an endeavor to raise the caliber of human resources. In training, of course, there is communication between instructors and trainees. In order to realize the smooth delivery of material to trainees, good communication is needed. Good instructor communication will also have an impact on the sustainability of training activities. LKP Widhi Jember is a facility and infrastructure provided as a place for courses and training to develop a person’s expertise or skills in preparing for the world of work, especially in the field of hair beauty. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how instructor and the effectiveness of hair beauty training at LKP Widhi Jember are related. The method used is correlational research with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 28 participants of hair beauty training at LKP Widhi Jember. This research was conducted at LKP Widhi Jember and used Spearman rank correlation data analysis between instructor communication (X) and the success of hair beauty training at LKP Widhi Jember (Y) which has a correlation coefficient value (r)4 0.947. According to the study’s findings, instructor communication and the effectiveness of hair beauty instruction at LKP Widhi Jember are significantly correlated. The correlation coefficient value of 0.947, which indicates a very high correlation and suggests that H0 can be accepted while H1 is rejected supports this conclusion.
