- Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has significantly transformed educational practices worldwide, compelling institutions to adopt technology-based learning models. This study explores the utilization of information technology (IT) in mathematics learning during the post-pandemic period, focusing on its effectiveness, challenges, and practical implications. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research involved 20 twelfth-grade students and 4 mathematics teachers from SMAN 4 Sidoarjo, Indonesia. Data were collected through surveys and semi-structured interviews to capture student experiences and teacher perspectives. Descriptive analysis revealed that 80% of students reported enhanced motivation using mathematics applications such as Khan Academy and Photomath, while 65% indicated improved conceptual understanding through interactive learning platforms. However, 40% of participants experienced challenges related to unstable internet access and limited device availability. Findings suggest that while IT integration supports flexible and engaging mathematics learning, sustained investment in digital infrastructure and teacher professional development remains critical.
