It gives us immense pleasure to present the proceedings of the International Conference on Operations and Supply Chain Management (ICOSCM 2025), organized by the Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management (SIOM), Nashik, a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). The conference, held on 11th December 2025, centers around the theme “AI-Driven Supply Chain Transformation: Agility and Sustainability for a Resilient Tomorrow.”

In an era defined by rapid technological advancement, artificial intelligence has emerged as a transformative force reshaping global supply chains. ICOSCM 2025 seeks to explore the convergence of AI, sustainability, and resilience – providing a platform for academics, industry professionals, and researchers to share innovative ideas and best practices. The discussions and papers presented reflect the collective endeavor to build agile, intelligent, and sustainable supply networks capable of navigating future uncertainties.

The conference proceedings compile peer-reviewed research contributions spanning diverse tracks, including AI and digital transformation, sustainable and circular supply chains, operational technology and risk management, Industry 5.0 and emerging technologies, tech-driven agri supply chains, and future innovations. Each paper represents a step forward in understanding the complex interplay between technology, management, and societal needs.
