- Abstract
A study was conducted to examine the level of risk in hospital building projects and identify strategies to minimize these risks in Palu City. The study used the descriptive method and involved 16 respondents who understood construction work risks well. Data analysis used the Severity Index (SI) method. The results revealed three high-risk factors: project design changes and data errors, work schedule planning that neglects the work site conditions, and errors in work supervision strategies. Additionally, 18 sub-factors were categorized as medium risk, and 19 were classified as high risk. These findings highlight the need for improved risk management in hospital building projects to ensure maximum performance and minimize potential problems.
