- Abstract
In the process of getting along with graduate students in many aspects such as study and life, there are deviations and problems in the teaching responsibility and personal relationship between the alienation instructor and graduate students. Due to the influence of the environment, the individual and matching problems of teachers and students, there are many alienation problems in China ‘s guiding relationship. This paper analyzes the reasons for the alienation of guiding relationship from three aspects: policy environment, personal characteristics and matching relationship, and provides solutions to the problem of alienation of guiding relationship.
