Hosted by Politeknik Negeri Bali, this conference provided an international platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to share and discuss interdisciplinary research in the areas of Sustainable and Green Construction Green materials, Applied Low Technology (Applied Low-Tech), Sustainable and Renewable Energy Technology, Green Technology with IoT Based Artificial intelligent (AI) and Automation Technology, Information Technology, and Green Manufacturing and Sustainable Production. The ICoSTAS-EAS 2025 conference brings together multidisciplinary research in applied social sciences. This year’s theme, “Building Global Sustainability Through Locally Driven Collaborative Actions,” reflects its aim to promote interdisciplinary dialogue on green tourism and sustainable development. By bridging social sciences, the conference fosters innovation that supports sustainable tourism and community welfare. Papers published in Atlantis Press, an internationally indexed proceedings, will be widely accessible and serve as valuable references for future research and development. Utilizing Leconfe, a widely recognized conference management system, we have ensured a smooth submission, review, and publication process. With Leconfe and Atlantis Press, we aim to ensure that the knowledge shared here reaches a global audience. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the contributors, reviewers, and participants whose dedication made this conference and proceeding possible.
