Abstract

In the current digital era, various skills and expertise are required for every civil engineering graduate. However, in reality, many vocational high school graduates in the construction field lack the skills necessary in the workforce. As a result, graduates find it difficult to compete in the world of work both locally and nationally. In drawing buildings, a method is needed that can help reduce problems that often occur when using conventional methods (manual calculations). One of the methods used is SAP2000. One of the essential skills required is the mastery of structural analysis software for building construction planning. Therefore, training is necessary for the construction planning of reinforced concrete and earthquake-resistant steel buildings, utilizing the SAP2000 program for assistance. This program is designed to improve the soft skills of vocational high school graduates at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. This training aims to enhance insight and soft skills, while also increasing the interest and competence of graduates in constructing earthquake-resistant buildings in accordance with the latest earthquake regulations. The training implementation method consists of lectures, discussions, and practice.
