Abstract

Bali is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, known for its natural beauty, rich culture, and hospitality. Among the numerous tourist destinations in Bali, Duda East Village in Selat District, Karangasem Regency, offers unique tourist experiences with its unspoiled natural beauty. The tourism village of Duda Timur boasts the natural beauty of the mountains, presenting a unique landscape. Notable features include the 40-meter Jagasatru Waterfall, whose clear water provides a refreshing sensation, and the statue of Brahma, which stands in a cross-legged position, sparkling in a golden yellow hue. However, this potential has not been optimally managed. One of the causes is the lack of knowledge about sustainable tourism management. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity is to empower the Human Resources of Duda Timur Village through training in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and basic Foreign Languages, especially English, and increase professionalism and confidence in supporting sustainable natural tourism.
