Abstract

The advancement of digital technology plays a crucial role in improving governance transparency and service delivery at the local government level. Kelurahan Punia, located in Mataram City, Indonesia, is renowned for its distinctive culinary identity as the “Kampung Lontong”. However, it lacks digital infrastructure to effectively promote its socio-economic and cultural potential. This study presents the design and development of a web-based Content Management System (CMS) to optimize the dissemination of information regarding the local potential of Punia Urban Village. Through a community service approach involving surveys, stakeholder interviews, and iterative software development, the CMS was developed using open-source technologies to facilitate accessibility, scalability, and ease of maintenance. The results showed significant improvements in the visibility and accessibility of information for both residents and external audiences. The study concludes that the CMS not only enhances information management but also strengthens the village’s cultural identity and promotes local economic development.
