Abstract

This research examines the role and contribution of artificial intelligence (AI) in educational curriculum development to enhance learning quality in the digital era. The primary objective is to analyze how AI can personalize curricula according to individual student needs and evaluate its effectiveness in improving teaching efficiency for both educators and learners. The digital era demands adaptive learning systems, and AI offers innovative solutions through curriculum personalization. AI technologies, such as machine learning and data analytics, can identify student learning patterns, recommend relevant materials, and evaluate performance in real-time, making learning more effective. Furthermore, AI assists educators in developing curricula relevant to technological advancements and industry needs, making the educational system more responsive to global challenges and improving graduate competitiveness. Nevertheless, AI implementation faces significant challenges, including infrastructure readiness, supportive policies, and educator competency. Therefore, this study also formulates optimal strategies and recommendations for integrating AI into educational curricula. Collaboration among governments, educational institutions, and technology developers is crucial to ensure the effective utilization of AI, ultimately fostering innovative, interactive, and future-oriented learning that boosts human resource competitiveness in the digital age.
