- Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of training, incentives, organizational culture, and employee engagement on employee performance in the hospitality industry in Bali, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this study is based on the importance of human resource management in improving the competitiveness and quality of hotel services. The study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample in this study consisted of 134 hotel employees in Bali, selected using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that training has a positive and significant effect on improving employee competence. Incentives, including financial, non-financial, and social ones, also encourage work motivation and productivity. A strong organizational culture plays a role in creating a conducive work environment and increasing employee loyalty. Meanwhile, employee engagement has been shown to be an important factor in strengthening employee commitment and performance. Simultaneously, these four variables have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings confirm that an integrated HR management approach is essential in the hospitality industry. Hotel management is advised to develop training strategies, fair incentive systems, build a positive organizational culture, and increase employee engagement sustainably.
