- Abstract
Research performance evaluation is critical for motivating innovation among vocational education technology talents. Current evaluation systems receive “moderate” satisfaction ratings due to three key limitations: weak industry contribution alignment, inaccurate impact measurement, and underutilized results. This study addresses these gaps by reconstructing a weighted evaluation framework through literature analysis and expert interviews. The proposed system comprises 4 primary dimensions, 8 secondary indicators, and 26 measurable tertiary criteria, with AHP assigned weights to reflect industrial contribution priorities.
