Abstract

The biggest difference between the information resources carried by big data and other resources is the sharing of information. In view of the data quality problem in the decision making of information sharing in the supply chain, this paper focuses on the tripartite supply chain system composed of manufacturers, retailers and data service providers. Construct a dynamic differential game model to deeply study three kinds of information sharing strategies: retailer does not share information with manufacturer, retailer and manufacturer share information, and cooperative centralized decision-making, and explore the coordination mechanism and optimal strategy among interest subjects under the dynamic framework. The findings are as follows: (1) Compared with the non-cooperative decentralized mode, the centralized decision-making mode maximizes the profits of the whole supply chain and each member by strengthening cooperation and information transparency, and highlights the value of cooperation and sharing; (2) S mode effectively alleviates information asymmetry and improves the profits of both parties through partial information sharing; (3) Finally, this paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of centralized cooperative decision-making and information sharing through numerical simulation, and extends the cooperative contract model to the case of retailers’ sales cost as a variable.
