Abstract

The current study focuses on the coping mechanisms used by Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) in the Indian Army’s Military Intelligence to manage professional stress at work. For this investigation, 384 samples were collected. Data sources are Included in the primary data is a structured questionnaire. An online questionnaire was used to gather the data, which was then scored using a five-point Likert scale. The data was statistically analyzed using R-3.6.3, Smart PLS 3.2.9, and Jamovi 1.1.9. Frequency distribution, t Test, ANOVA, Chi-Square test, Boot Strap Validation, Average Variance Extracted, and Regression analysis are some of the statistical tools used to analyze the data.
